History: Rai was originally born in the Northern Water Tribe. One day, while he was just a toddler, he was lost on a raft in the storm. A fisherman and his wife rescued him and raised him up to the age of ten, when they were killed by the fire nation. He learned he could waterbend around the age of six and became very skilled in it at a young age. He started a nomadic life and did little things to help people. He became a master of martial arts through bending practices and learned how to use a bo-staff made of ice reinforced by bending.
Appearance: He is average height. Spiky/messy blonde hair and deep, blue eyes. He has his own preferred clothing styles mixing different origins. White undershirt with a blue lining around the neck. A jacket covers the undershirt except it is open down the middle. Right sleeve is long while left is short. The body of the jacket is separated slantways with blue and white. The sleeves have a blue line going down it. He wears black pants and mostly blue shoes. He has a pretty good build from living on his own.
Personality: He doesn't talk too much and likes calm places like streams, to be by himself. He had a great sense of what is right, and is usually relaxed and laid-back. When he is forced into fighting watch out, he can take out his opponent with tremendous skill.
